Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes for improvement opportunities.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Assist in product backlog prioritization with product owners and developers.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business teams.
- Support change management efforts for smooth project implementation.
- Conduct data analysis to generate insights and inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Prepare presentations, Excel models, and other project deliverables.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and functional requirements.
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in aligning IT solutions with strategic objectives.
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and timely delivery of outputs.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
