Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary research to gather third-party ownership, affiliations, and financial data.
- Interpret and analyze vendor company structures in alignment with EY’s Independence policies.
- Support the review and submission process for vendor relationships through internal tools.
- Coordinate with global risk management departments for necessary approvals.
- Respond to queries from EY professionals regarding business relationship risks.
- Participate in calibration sessions and ensure consistent understanding of processes.
- Provide process consulting support using internal platforms.
- Reconcile and draft recommendations for internal review and approvals.
- Maintain strong communication with audit teams and project stakeholders.
- Submit reports that adhere to internal quality and compliance standards.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for documentation and review completions.
- Help in the execution of procurement policies aligned with independence requirements.
- Understand and work towards achieving individual and team KPIs.
- Support data analysis and risk assessment for procurement and compliance matters.
- Maintain detailed documentation of findings, actions, and decisions for future reference.
