  5. Salary: Estimated ₹4.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on entry-level associate roles in GDS functions at EY in India)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure responsiveness and quality in deliverables.
  2. Conduct systematic and qualitative secondary research for risk-related analysis.
  3. Apply firm and regulatory risk management rules and policies effectively.
  4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.
  5. Plan, organize, and update project managers/stakeholders on progress.
  6. Act as liaison between client teams and Risk Management colleagues.
  7. Perform self-reviews before submission to ensure high-quality output.
  8. Flag risks, challenges, or issues early to allow timely resolutions.
  9. Learn and understand firm structure, business strategies, and service lines.
  10. Build professional networks within Risk Management and across the firm.
  11. Complete projects in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  12. Translate complex data into clear reporting mechanisms.
  13. Support development of innovative risk management processes.
  14. Collaborate with global teams on compliance and regulatory matters.
  15. Demonstrate accountability in delivering timely and reliable results.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Graduate degree; MBA is an advantage.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
  6. Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
