Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via walk-up TechBar services.
- Assist in installing end-user computing devices in offices and workstations.
- Deliver laptops, accessories, and IT equipment within defined service levels.
- Perform asset disposition by securely removing hard drives.
- Maintain accurate asset management system records.
- Support troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Assist with customer onboarding by setting up IT equipment.
- Respond promptly to support tickets and incidents.
- Support senior engineers in technical tasks.
- Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Provide technical consulting under guidance from senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards.
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose improvements.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals.
- Cloud certification (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for single-user incidents.
