Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to employees via walk-up TechBar services.
  2. Assist in installing end-user computing devices in offices and workstations.
  3. Deliver laptops, accessories, and IT equipment within defined service levels.
  4. Perform asset disposition by securely removing hard drives.
  5. Maintain accurate asset management system records.
  6. Support troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
  7. Collaborate with local and global teams to resolve technical challenges.
  8. Assist with customer onboarding by setting up IT equipment.
  9. Respond promptly to support tickets and incidents.
  10. Support senior engineers in technical tasks.
  11. Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.
  12. Provide technical consulting under guidance from senior staff.
  13. Ensure compliance with IT security standards.
  14. Identify recurring technical issues and propose improvements.
  15. Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
