Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in structured training sessions and workshops to develop job-specific skills.
  2. Understand and apply the software development life cycle in real projects.
  3. Assist in testing and debugging software applications.
  4. Monitor production systems and respond to email alerts.
  5. Support deployment activities and analyze alerts during production windows.
  6. Write clean, efficient code in multiple programming languages.
  7. Participate in code reviews to improve coding practices.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems.
  9. Assist in system maintenance and version upgrades.
  10. Execute detailed test cases and analyze results.
  11. Report and track defects for resolution.
  12. Debug client-reported issues in test environments.
  13. Validate application logs and perform database checks.
  14. Provide rotational support during weekends and shifts (APAC/UK/US hours).
  15. Collaborate with senior engineers to implement design specifications.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
  2. Strong programming fundamentals with knowledge of multiple languages.
  3. Understanding of databases and application debugging.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, etc.).
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work in shifts and handle production monitoring.
  8. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
