Key Responsibilities
- Add and manage classes in the Deloitte Learning Management System.
- Process and generate scheduled learning reports.
- Prepare and share delegate lists for training programs.
- Distribute electronic training materials and pre-course work.
- Close training classes and process post-training evaluations.
- Ensure system updates and learning records are completed accurately.
- Follow defined timelines, SLAs, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Support additional learning administration processes when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer service for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth training delivery.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Uphold Deloitte’s professional standards and values.
