Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial crime investigations related to AML and fraud risks.
- Perform transaction monitoring, alert reviews, and investigations.
- Execute AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews including CDD and EDD.
- Review currency transaction reports (CTR) and sanctions screening alerts.
- Analyze complex entity documentation and annual reports.
- Identify suspicious activities and escalate findings appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with US and Non-US AML regulations and policies.
- Prepare clear and accurate investigation reports.
- Support AML independent testing and risk assessments.
- Assist in fraud review engagements.
- Deliver high-quality work products within defined timelines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Adapt to regulatory changes and evolving risk frameworks.
- Follow Deloitte’s internal policies and compliance standards.
Required Skills
- 0 – 3 years of experience in banking or financial services operations.
- Strong research and investigative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Understanding of AML regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
