Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and backend support for learning operations across global Deloitte offices.
- Manage systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team leads regarding training operations.
- Perform quality checks on deliverables before submission to clients.
- Maintain ownership and accountability for assigned processes and deliverables.
- Prioritize and manage time effectively to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common business goals.
- Support planning and coordination of virtual and in-person training events.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and training documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to training logistics and operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline learning workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with Deloitte’s operational policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Support communication and scheduling for various global programs.
- Uphold Deloitte’s quality standards and client satisfaction goals.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of professional email etiquette.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates).
- Ability to create basic PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience using virtual collaboration platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, or Saba.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to interact effectively with internal clients and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of handling cases or support tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
