Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative and backend support for learning operations across global Deloitte offices.
  2. Manage systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team leads regarding training operations.
  4. Perform quality checks on deliverables before submission to clients.
  5. Maintain ownership and accountability for assigned processes and deliverables.
  6. Prioritize and manage time effectively to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve common business goals.
  8. Support planning and coordination of virtual and in-person training events.
  9. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and training documentation.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to training logistics and operations.
  11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline learning workflows.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with Deloitte’s operational policies.
  13. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
