Work Mode: Office-based
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, IT, Finance, HR, or related fields preferred)
Estimated Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA (Based on industry standards and experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and understand business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Document requirements and obtain client sign-off.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure global mobility applications as per client requirements.
- Perform unit-level and system-level testing after configuration.
- Support and troubleshoot complex issues in global mobility tools.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders using Agile methodologies.
- Track, manage, and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with business owners to identify reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Analyze and document complex business processes.
- Handle high work pressure during peak project seasons.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and delivery quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business analysis or problem-solving roles.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to document and interpret complex business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus.
- Experience or exposure to HRIS systems is preferred.
- Understanding of data analysis, data wrangling, and dashboards is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
