Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Also supports Bangalore)
Work Mode: Office-based
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Experience Required: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, IT, Finance, HR, or related fields preferred)
Estimated Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA (Based on industry standards and experience)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collect and understand business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  2. Document requirements and obtain client sign-off.
  3. Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  4. Configure global mobility applications as per client requirements.
  5. Perform unit-level and system-level testing after configuration.
  6. Support and troubleshoot complex issues in global mobility tools.
  7. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders using Agile methodologies.
  8. Track, manage, and resolve issues within defined timelines.
  9. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  10. Work closely with business owners to identify reporting needs.
  11. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
  12. Analyze and document complex business processes.
  13. Handle high work pressure during peak project seasons.
  14. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
  15. Ensure high standards of customer service and delivery quality.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. 0 to 2 years of experience in business analysis or problem-solving roles.
  2. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  3. Ability to document and interpret complex business processes.
  4. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
  5. Good working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
  6. Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus.
  7. Experience or exposure to HRIS systems is preferred.
  8. Understanding of data analysis, data wrangling, and dashboards is desirable.
  9. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  12. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  13. Good organizational and time management skills.
  14. Strong commitment to customer service.
  15. Ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
