Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support by resolving technical issues and error messages in production.
- Troubleshoot billing, rating, and provisioning flows.
- Handle customer tickets and maintain updates in the CSG Support Tool.
- Coordinate with Level 4 (R&D) teams for escalations and complex issues.
- Analyze and debug CSG product applications.
- Perform application health checks and address performance issues.
- Deliver product installations as per internal procedures.
- Assist managers with KPI reporting and team progress updates.
- Support bulk provisioning processes.
- Provide on-call support and occasional travel to customer sites.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems.
- Understanding of telecom environment and provisioning processes.
- Experience with Encompass (Singleview) and CSG Activation (IAT-Interactivate).
- Oracle Database and PL/SQL knowledge.
- Linux, Shell scripting, Perl or Python.
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and Tuxedo.
- Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in software/application support.
- Experience working in telecom billing or provisioning environments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 support model).
