Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  2. Build and enhance dashboards for client usage and data visualization.
  3. Integrate web applications with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
  5. Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of applications.
  6. Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
  7. Improve application performance and reliability.
  8. Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
  9. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
  10. Build internal tools to support the efficiency of the development team.
  11. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve usability and user experience.
  12. Test and deploy applications while ensuring functionality and scalability.
  13. Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
  14. Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and MERN technologies.
  15. Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of existing features.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  2. Proficiency in React for building dynamic front-end interfaces.
  3. Experience with Node.js for backend development.
  4. Knowledge of Express.js for building RESTful APIs.
  5. Familiarity with MongoDB and database management.
  6. Experience in building responsive and mobile-friendly applications.
  7. Understanding of software version control (Git/GitHub).
  8. Knowledge of TypeScript is an advantage.
  9. Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases is a plus.
  10. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
