Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the financial modeling team with setup and framework adoption.
  2. Maintain and update financial models in line with company guidelines.
  3. Migrate client analyst models into CRISIL’s proprietary framework.
  4. Create structured earnings reports based on financial disclosures.
  5. Analyze transcripts of earnings calls to extract key insights.
  6. Assist senior modelers in finalizing modeling approaches.
  7. Incorporate company-specific fundamentals into financial models.
  8. Factor industry-level fundamentals into model assumptions.
  9. Contribute to pilot assignments in financial modeling.
  10. Provide support in writing analytical and financial reports.
  11. Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data handling.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
  13. Maintain documentation of models and processes.
  14. Assist in quality checks for modeling outputs.
  15. Support research initiatives to enhance modeling practices.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques.
  2. Ability to analyze financial statements and disclosures.
  3. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  4. Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  5. Understanding of industry-level fundamentals.
