Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop core features of Cornerstone’s enterprise SaaS products.
  2. Design, code, unit test, and maintain new and existing software modules.
  3. Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers during testing processes.
  4. Ensure long-term performance and architectural goals are considered in development.
  5. Reduce customer defects to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide technical and functional guidance to team members when needed.
  7. Collaborate with project teams to optimize software performance.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
  9. Work closely with cloud operations, customer support, and QA teams.
  10. Participate in agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  11. Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and coaching.
  12. Develop and maintain APIs using .NET, Web API, and .NET Core.
  13. Utilize client-side frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, and jQuery.
  14. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL 2017, Cassandra, MongoDB).
  15. Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka.

Required Skills and Knowledge
