Cognizant is hiring 2026 batch graduates for the role of Analyst Trainee across PAN India locations. The role will be aligned to Multicloud or Digital Workplace Services or IT & Integrated Smart Operations based on candidate credentials and business requirements.
This is a full-time fresher opportunity. If selected, candidates will join as freshers and prior work experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- IT & Integrated Smart Operations Responsibilities:
1.1 Perform database queries and describe relationships between tables.
1.2 Execute CRUD operations and write stored procedures based on Low-Level Design.
1.3 Prepare test cases, scripts, and execute manual or automated tests.
1.4 Analyze root cause and resolve service tickets as per SOP.
1.5 Use IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools effectively.
1.6 Demonstrate innovation and experimentation in projects. - Multicloud Responsibilities:
2.1 Maintain and administer computing environments.
2.2 Monitor production servers and manage incidents.
2.3 Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments.
2.4 Follow SOPs/Runbooks and adhere to security and compliance requirements.
2.5 Contribute to Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) plans.
2.6 Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and support new hires. - Digital Workplace Services Responsibilities:
3.1 Provide first-line technical support to end users.
3.2 Log and track support tickets with proper documentation.
3.3 Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
3.4 Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams.
3.5 Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
- IT & Integrated Smart Operations: 2026 batch BCA, BSc (Computer Science/IT/allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics with minimum 60% in academics (no rounding off 59.9%).
- Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services: 2026 batch of any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.) with minimum 50% in academics (no rounding off 49.9%).
- Consistent academic record as per role requirement in X, XII, Diploma, and UG.
- No standing arrears at the time of application or joining.
- Students awaiting re-evaluation results will be validated with initial declared scores.
- Flexibility to relocate and work in shifts is mandatory.
- Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India.
