Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain healthcare software applications using .NET.
2. Collaborate with product design, business analysis, and QA teams.
3. Analyze software requirements and contribute to technical specifications.
4. Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs.
6. Ensure high performance, scalability, and security in applications.
7. Assist with deployment and support of software solutions.
8. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
9. Maintain technical documentation for internal reference.
10. Participate in daily stand-ups and agile development processes.
11. Work closely with customer support to address issues post-deployment.
12. Adhere to project deadlines and delivery standards.

Required Skills and Knowledge

1. 0–2 years of experience in .NET development.
2. Solid foundation in C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
3. Basic understanding of SQL Server or other relational databases.
4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
6. Experience working with version control systems like Git.
7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
8. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
9. Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
10. Understanding of healthcare industry is a plus.
11. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
