Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in daily billing and settlement processing to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  2. Utilize MS Office and MS Excel for data management and analysis.
  3. Support accurate record-keeping and documentation for all transactions.
  4. Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.
  5. Provide prompt customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  6. Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  8. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data and records.
  11. Support the Account Management-Acquirer team as needed.
  12. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
  13. Assist in implementing process automation where possible.
  14. Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  15. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel (certification preferred).
  • Experience in Billing & Settlements is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Account Management-Acquirer is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance is helpful.
