Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (estimated)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and demand generation for Cisco Spaces.
- Manage the customer database, including user personas and key decision-makers.
- Advocate for low and no-touch customer activation across all touchpoints.
- Drive demand generation activities across various verticals and personas.
- Build and maintain qualified lead databases using tools like Zoominfo, Apollo.io, and D&B Hoovers.
- Support the Product Lifecycle team in creating targeted activation campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop playbooks for customer engagement.
- Drive customer activation and adoption through targeted outreach and lead nurturing.
- Develop metrics to measure campaign performance and product adoption.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and optimize activation strategies.
- Work closely with customer success and product marketing teams.
- Create and deliver presentations on campaign performance and customer insights.
- Continuously improve customer targeting and engagement processes.
- Support event attendance and direct customer touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for SaaS product activation.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with SaaS CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, Marketo, Apollo.io, and Zoominfo.
- Ability to operate in uncertain environments and manage multiple data streams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to craft effective presentations and communicate results clearly.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of customer intelligence and lifecycle management.
