Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (estimated)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research and demand generation for Cisco Spaces.
  2. Manage the customer database, including user personas and key decision-makers.
  3. Advocate for low and no-touch customer activation across all touchpoints.
  4. Drive demand generation activities across various verticals and personas.
  5. Build and maintain qualified lead databases using tools like Zoominfo, Apollo.io, and D&B Hoovers.
  6. Support the Product Lifecycle team in creating targeted activation campaigns.
  7. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop playbooks for customer engagement.
  8. Drive customer activation and adoption through targeted outreach and lead nurturing.
  9. Develop metrics to measure campaign performance and product adoption.
  10. Analyze customer data to identify trends and optimize activation strategies.
  11. Work closely with customer success and product marketing teams.
  12. Create and deliver presentations on campaign performance and customer insights.
  13. Continuously improve customer targeting and engagement processes.
  14. Support event attendance and direct customer touchpoints.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for SaaS product activation.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  3. Experience with SaaS CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, Marketo, Apollo.io, and Zoominfo.
  4. Ability to operate in uncertain environments and manage multiple data streams.
  5. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  7. Ability to craft effective presentations and communicate results clearly.
  8. Proactive problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
