Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide production system support and resolve technical issues promptly.
  2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure high system stability.
  3. Monitor applications to detect and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  4. Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and solve application problems.
  6. Suggest improvements for system performance and reliability.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
