Key Responsibilities
- Provide production system support and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure high system stability.
- Monitor applications to detect and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and solve application problems.
