The selected candidate will research and verify healthcare provider information, process licensing and credentialing applications, and support payor enrollment activities. The role involves working with internal teams, healthcare providers, and clients to maintain accurate records and complete tasks on time. Candidates with strong research skills, attention to detail, English communication, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications can consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research information related to healthcare provider licensing in the United States.
2. Review and evaluate continuing medical education requirements.
3. Process healthcare provider credentialing applications.
4. Complete provider licensing applications on behalf of customers.
5. Handle payor enrollment applications accurately.
6. Verify information entered into credentialing and licensing platforms.
7. Maintain high levels of data accuracy across operational tasks.
8. Contact healthcare providers and clients through email when additional information is required.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations.
10. Assist with new client implementation projects.
11. Monitor operational activities and support ongoing projects.
12. Prepare clear guidelines based on research findings.
13. Document important information for customers.
14. Complete additional operational assignments as required.
15. Meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Fluency in English is required.
3. Applicants should be comfortable conducting online research using Google.
