Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
- Complete offline service activities with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Document offline support work accurately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues to Level 2 when needed.
- Diagnose and analyze technical problems within the BMS/HVAC domain.
- Analyze systems and energy data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Work on data mining, reporting, and presenting analytical results.
- Ensure follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and varying week-off schedules.
- Manage support for multiple projects or customer accounts.
- Use AI-driven tools for data insights and analytics.
- Participate in process improvement and documentation efforts.
- Collaborate across technical teams for issue resolution.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical documentation.
- Continuously develop skills aligned with Carrier’s technology and service focus.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of HVAC/BMS systems
- Proficiency in customer communication
- Familiarity with service and ticketing tools
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus
