Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service through chat, email, and phone across different communication channels.
- Resolve specific and complex customer requests with personalized attention.
- Coordinate with teams across the bank to optimize customer service workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in customer service processes.
- Develop procedures to enhance control and mitigate operational risks.
- Address inquiries related to banking products, account balances, transactions, and payments.
- Prepare reports on customer service metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Track industry trends and incorporate best practices for process enhancement.
- Support the execution of policies in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Actively contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure escalations and policy breaches are properly identified and handled.
- Meet performance targets as defined by service-level agreements.
- Assist in the onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
- Maintain documentation in line with internal and external audit requirements.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Good knowledge of AML/KYC policies and compliance frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to conduct effective analysis and investigations.
- Familiarity with front-end systems and data sources for AML/KYC.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating shifts.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
- Previous experience in BPO/customer service roles is an advantage.
- High level of integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive information.
- Capable of working within defined policies and procedures.
- Ability to use discretion and make decisions using factual data.
- Experience working in collaborative environments.
