Salary: ₹25 – 40 LPA (Estimated based on industry standards and role seniority)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of applications.
- Produce clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Apply event-driven architecture principles in software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using debugging techniques.
- Work with cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure, for scalable solutions.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers for professional growth.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables across the team.
- Participate in on-call rotations for production system support.
- Develop and enhance CAD-related solutions for Factory Design Utilities.
- Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins to improve development pipelines.
- Design database solutions using MSSQL and MongoDB.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software architecture.
- Align software development with Autodesk’s innovation-driven vision.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong proficiency in C++, C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with WPF and/or WinForms for UI development.
- Hands-on experience with CAD tools and CAD customization.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MSSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience working with AWS and Azure services.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture principles.
- Leadership and team-driving skills with Scrum Master experience.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to write secure, optimized, and scalable code.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience with add-ins, plugins, Inventor, AutoCAD, Factory Design Utilities, and FlexSim.
