Key Responsibilities
- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Plan and execute office events in collaboration with HR and leadership.
- Manage the office access control system, including credentials.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in office and kitchen areas.
- Prepare and assist with meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- Greet and register all office visitors.
- Coordinate employee gifting for life events such as marriages or childbirth.
- Manage food deliveries during leadership site visits.
- Assist with travel bookings and related logistics.
- Support internal office communication and announcements.
- Ensure office supplies and resources are adequately stocked.
- Provide ad-hoc support to different departments as needed.
- Uphold information security standards while handling data.
- Perform additional duties as required to support employees and office operations.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack.
- Event planning and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Experience with online travel booking platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels effectively.
