  8. Estimated Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (Based on industry standards for 0–2 years full-stack developers in Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and others to improve coding efficiency and solution quality.
  2. Use AI tools for refactoring, debugging, documentation, and test case generation.
  3. Manage repositories, pull requests, branching, and code reviews using GitHub.
  4. Identify performance and reliability issues and optimize applications using AI-driven insights.
  5. Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js on the frontend.
  6. Build backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
  7. Develop and optimize RESTful APIs with focus on performance and security.
  8. Create reusable and responsive UI components using React and Tailwind CSS.
  9. Work closely with product, design, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
  10. Debug, enhance, and maintain application performance and scalability.

Required Skills

  1. 0–2 years of practical development experience.
  2. Hands-on exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
  3. Experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+ / TypeScript).
  4. Working knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
  5. Basic experience with Java and Spring Boot / Spring MVC.
  6. Understanding of REST APIs and API documentation tools.
  7. Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  8. Strong understanding of GitHub workflows including pull requests and branching strategies.
  9. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
