Key Responsibilities
- Process service request cases accurately as per assignment deadlines and standard operating procedures.
- Assist advisors and clients by providing information on service issues, requests, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in operational, domain, and soft-skills development training programs.
- Attend team meetings, huddles, and brainstorming sessions to discuss process updates and operational challenges.
- Coordinate with business partners in the United States to gather missing/incomplete information for service requests.
- Utilize computer applications to review service requests and supporting documentation.
- Ensure the availability of necessary information to process requests accurately.
- Follow up with Advisors/stakeholders for additional information when required.
- Approve service requests that are In Good Order and reject those Not in Good Order with clear rationale.
- Deliver a unique and differentiated client experience.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and efficiency in service processing.
- Handle multiple service requests while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide timely solutions in a high-pressure environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good working knowledge of computers.
- Experience in financial services or brokerage is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and motivation to learn.
- Strong academic background preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
