Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and modify corporate client account hierarchies.
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Adhere to key metrics such as Quality, Compliance, and Productivity.
- Manage daily schedule, attendance, and workflow effectively.
- Respond to customer queries via email or other channels.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing suitable solutions.
- Ensure timely response within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate unresolved matters to the senior team when necessary.
- Follow all data privacy and compliance guidelines.
- Support changes in business processes and company policies.
- Foster relationships with other Amex business units.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Actively contribute to service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
