Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot critical technical issues swiftly and effectively.
- Stay updated with latest tech trends and guide senior management accordingly.
- Conduct performance benchmarking and analysis.
- Propose improvements to current design and architecture.
- Analyze system benchmarks and suggest optimizations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and refine software systems.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Advocate for best practices in systems development and integration.
- Act as a key contributor in product improvement discussions.
- Coordinate closely with QA and automation teams.
- Identify and reduce system bottlenecks.
- Document and present findings to stakeholders and engineering leaders.

- Strong programming skills in Python, C, or C++.
- Deep understanding of systems architecture and software design.
- Proven experience in performance tuning and automation.
- Exposure to running and analyzing system benchmarks.
