Key Responsibilities

  5. Stay updated with latest tech trends and guide senior management accordingly.
  6. Conduct performance benchmarking and analysis.

  8. Analyze system benchmarks and suggest optimizations.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to design and refine software systems.
  10. Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
  11. Advocate for best practices in systems development and integration.

  13. Coordinate closely with QA and automation teams.
  14. Identify and reduce system bottlenecks.
  15. Document and present findings to stakeholders and engineering leaders.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Strong programming skills in Python, C, or C++.
  2. Deep understanding of systems architecture and software design.
  3. Proven experience in performance tuning and automation.
  4. Exposure to running and analyzing system benchmarks.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  8. Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor others.
  9. Organized, with great attention to detail.
  10. Familiarity with embedded systems and hardware-software integration.
  11. Experience with debugging complex system-level issues.
