Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Amazon customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, products, payments, and website usage.
- Utilize a variety of tools and resources to assist customers accurately.
- Deliver personalized service by understanding customer needs.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Maintain a distraction-free workspace and adhere to confidentiality protocols.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while representing Amazon.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner.
- Participate actively in required training sessions and skill development programs.
- Adapt to changing processes and customer needs as directed.
- Manage schedules to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
