Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop dashboards and metrics using SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Execute cross-functional projects with Analytics and BIE managers.
- Build scalable analytics solutions and frameworks for operational improvements.
- Work closely with business, engineering, and partner teams to align on goals.
- Create and maintain business documentation such as user stories and process flows.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for dashboards and reports.
- Validate operational data insights for effective decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to identify trends.
- Rapidly develop solutions with BIEs for real-time operational challenges.
- Support AI-based fulfillment center operations with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization using analytics.
- Ensure scalability and accuracy of reporting tools.
- Present business insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI-enhanced decision-making systems.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying large datasets.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI).
- Experience with Python, VBA, and Selenium scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- 1+ year experience in analytics/business intelligence.
- Knowledge of ETL and data pipeline processes.
- Ability to document requirements and processes.
- Good understanding of KPIs and metrics.
- Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.
- Experience with AWS tools like Redshift.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to workflow changes.
- Strong business acumen and ability to see the big picture.
