Key Responsibilities
- Watch and audit hundreds of short videos/images per shift.
- Verify stowing activities and mark product locations accurately.
- Ensure productivity and quality targets are consistently met.
- Use human judgment to resolve unclear or blurry video content.
- Maintain focus and precision while performing repetitive audits.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend schedules.
- Adhere to break schedules and meet daily work-hour requirements.
- Collaborate with remote teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Report findings to support defect reduction in fulfillment centers.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Be available for occasional office visits (for work-from-home associates).
- Join virtual meetings with camera enabled when required.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports on auditing tasks.
- Support automation improvements by ensuring audit quality.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and high concentration levels.
- Ability to work on image/video/text-based audits.
- Comfortable with repetitive, screen-focused tasks.
