Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct manual audits using internal tools while adhering to established SOPs.
  2. Identify and resolve content outliers and exceptions.
  3. Investigate product issues and recommend SOP-based corrective actions.
  4. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends and patterns from audits.
  5. Ensure compliance with SLAs while responding to stakeholder queries.
  6. Escalate issues to appropriate teams through defined escalation channels.
  7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily tasks and updates.
  8. Meet key business metrics like SLA, quality, productivity, and utilization goals.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to support overall program success.
  10. Handle multiple programs simultaneously based on evolving business priorities.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in catalog/content management roles
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving and escalation handling skills
  • Experience in content accuracy and addition
  • Adaptability to new tools and processes quickly
