Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual audits using internal tools while adhering to established SOPs.
- Identify and resolve content outliers and exceptions.
- Investigate product issues and recommend SOP-based corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends and patterns from audits.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs while responding to stakeholder queries.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams through defined escalation channels.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily tasks and updates.
- Meet key business metrics like SLA, quality, productivity, and utilization goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall program success.
- Handle multiple programs simultaneously based on evolving business priorities.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in catalog/content management roles
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and escalation handling skills
- Experience in content accuracy and addition
- Adaptability to new tools and processes quickly
