Key Responsibilities
- Input and track customer data in relevant databases.
- Summarize documents and update claim system notes.
- Document claims with detailed notes, evaluations, and decision processes.
- Communicate with third-party carriers to review liability and subrogation responses.
- Monitor and follow up on subrogation recoveries as needed.
- Use available tools to assess and document damages related to claims.
- Process customer document requests and provide clear explanations as required.
- Make accurate policy updates based on customer-provided information.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions (if applicable).
- Use probing questions to address customer issues and demonstrate empathy.
- Resolve routine, complex, and unique customer questions efficiently.
- Adhere to internal processes and compliance guidelines.
- Leverage technology to enhance personal skills and support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
