Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science from a premier institute
Salary: ₹20–35 LPA (Estimated based on industry standards and role seniority)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop new software services and features.
  2. Work in a full DevOps environment, managing code from specs to deployment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects and product managers.
  4. Contribute to the development lifecycle through coding, unit testing, and automation.
  5. Address and resolve production issues with quick turnarounds.
  6. Build scalable and high-performance backend services.
  7. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  8. Ensure technical feasibility of system design and approach.
  9. Actively participate in technical discussions and code reviews.
  10. Monitor and improve service performance and stability.
  11. Develop and enforce best practices in software engineering.
  12. Contribute to architecture evolution and technical strategy.
  13. Drive continuous improvement in development and deployment processes.
  14. Maintain and improve system documentation and technical artifacts.
  15. Stay updated with new technologies and incorporate them when appropriate.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services
  • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and algorithm design
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus:
    • Databases: MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra, MongoDB
    • Messaging systems: Kafka, Redis
    • Search engines: Solr, Elastic Search
    • Big data tools: Apache Spark
