Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science from a premier institute
Salary: ₹20–35 LPA (Estimated based on industry standards and role seniority)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new software services and features.
- Work in a full DevOps environment, managing code from specs to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects and product managers.
- Contribute to the development lifecycle through coding, unit testing, and automation.
- Address and resolve production issues with quick turnarounds.
- Build scalable and high-performance backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Ensure technical feasibility of system design and approach.
- Actively participate in technical discussions and code reviews.
- Monitor and improve service performance and stability.
- Develop and enforce best practices in software engineering.
- Contribute to architecture evolution and technical strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in development and deployment processes.
- Maintain and improve system documentation and technical artifacts.
- Stay updated with new technologies and incorporate them when appropriate.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and algorithm design
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Databases: MySQL, Postgres, Cassandra, MongoDB
- Messaging systems: Kafka, Redis
- Search engines: Solr, Elastic Search
- Big data tools: Apache Spark
