Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure to meet service level agreements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
- Support and maintain cloud computing systems and applications.
- Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Track and manage project management office activities.
- Monitor and report on the execution of project deliverables.
- Develop low/no-code applications using drag-and-drop visual interfaces.
- Research and optimize internal business processes.
- Create test designs, processes, test cases, and test data.
- Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
- Prepare detailed reports related to software testing activities.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align project priorities.
- Participate in training sessions to improve technical and analytical skills.
