Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze financial and non-financial data as per specified guidelines.
- Maintain data accuracy and completeness for assigned verticals.
- Research and extract data from multiple sources, including regulatory filings, news articles, and company reports.
- Work on database maintenance, data correction, and standardization processes.
- Support data enhancement and automation projects.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues.
- Provide feedback to improve data quality and streamline workflows.
- Deliver on individual and team data targets with high accuracy.
- Create tech expertise within the department.
- Contribute to the development of new data collection methods.
- Participate in process improvement projects, including LEAN initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and data management best practices.
- Support colleagues in refining data workflows and processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal data management policies.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the assigned industry.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Fresh graduates/postgraduates (MBA, BBA, B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc Economics, M.Sc Economics).
- Knowledge of corporate finance, financial statements, and annual reports (preferred).
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24×5).
