Qualification: Any graduate (preferably in finance)
Experience: 0-2 years (0-1 years in payroll or 0-2 years in any work experience)
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Salary: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹6 LPA (Estimated based on industry standards)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee onboarding date changes in the payroll dashboard.
- Manage employee lifecycle changes, including transfers, salary continuations, and separations.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and HR teams.
- Compute Full and Final Settlements for separated employees within strict deadlines.
- Support MIS for headcount reconciliations and payroll processing.
- Ensure the accurate processing of employee dues, including loans and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with HR, general ledger, and payroll teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and validate data submissions from HR for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Identify and escalate exceptions observed in data submissions.
- Work within defined guidelines and set procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and payroll analysis.
- Coordinate with the HR operations team for scheduled activities.
- Support the annual compensation load and related activities.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Basic to advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with SAP HR systems and accounting packages.
- Understanding of payroll processing, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- High typing speed (45-50 WPM) with data entry capabilities (7000 ksph with 5% or less error).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to data privacy.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, client-driven environment.
