Key Responsibilities
- Co-create and deliver technical training programs for dealership and distributor staff.
- Train fleet owners and support their technical teams for better service delivery.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving the technical competencies of service staff.
- Build capabilities and confidence in vehicle diagnosis and repair through structured sessions.
- Conduct both theoretical and practical training on conventional and electric vehicle systems.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in the automotive and EV sectors.
- Collaborate with service managers and technical leads to identify training needs.
- Organize and maintain training documentation, assessments, and certification records.
- Conduct periodic refresher courses to reinforce technical concepts.
- Support the roll-out of new products and technologies through training initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for technical support queries.
- Ensure training activities align with Mahindra’s customer experience goals.
- Contribute to process and material improvements based on field feedback.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines during all training activities.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics
- Hands-on knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EVs)

- Familiarity with training evaluation methods
