Qualification: Any undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, or diploma (or equivalent)
Salary: Estimated ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA (based on industry standards)
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
Age Limit: 18 – 45 years
Shifts: Night shifts and late evening shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client chats and provide first-level support for medical insurance-related queries.
- Log all customer interactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform multi-tasking including problem-solving, updating data, and seeking relevant information.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Route escalated issues appropriately and ensure resolution as per SLAs.
- Deliver effective customer service with strong chat/email etiquette.
- Maintain knowledge of products, procedures, and client-specific policies.
- Use phone systems and keyboard efficiently to manage transactions.
- Assist customers by diagnosing issues and offering resolutions.
- Follow call/chat logging standards and update internal systems.
- Escalate recurring issues and provide feedback for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product changes.
- Maintain productivity and efficiency as per process KPIs.
- Identify learning needs and participate in internal development programs.
- Contribute to maintaining a cooperative and productive team environment.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
- Familiarity with chat/email etiquette and tools
- Basic knowledge of medical insurance and procedures (preferred)
- Logical thinking and analytical skills
- Customer service orientation
- Experience in chat/call center process (preferred)
