Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and modify corporate client account hierarchies.
  2. Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  3. Adhere to key metrics such as Quality, Compliance, and Productivity.
  4. Manage daily schedule, attendance, and workflow effectively.
  5. Respond to customer queries via email or other channels.
  6. Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing suitable solutions.
  7. Ensure timely response within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  8. Escalate unresolved matters to the senior team when necessary.
  9. Follow all data privacy and compliance guidelines.
  10. Support changes in business processes and company policies.
  11. Foster relationships with other Amex business units.
  12. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  13. Actively contribute to service excellence and client satisfaction.
  14. Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
  15. Uphold Amex’s values and code of conduct consistently.
