CGI is seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Analyst to join its Infrastructure/Cloud team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As part of the Connexis Cash Technical Implementation team, the selected candidate will be responsible for building and managing technical file transfer chains, supporting migrations, and ensuring technical compliance. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with experience in file transfer protocols, Linux systems, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and execute technical file transfer chain build requests.
- Build, test, and deliver operational technical links.
- Participate in technical implementation for Connexis Cash platform.
- Manage and support punctual technical customer migration projects.
- Provide Level 1 technical support.
- Perform compliance checks and build management for file transfer links.
- Execute pre-defined test cases and troubleshoot failed scenarios.
- Generate and maintain activity and KPI reports.
- Clarify technical requirements for new features and ensure proper testing.
- Address and respond to queries from support teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and timely status reporting.
- Proactively report issues to the management.
- Deliver on-time and maintain quality in all technical assignments.

- Collaborate closely with team members in a high-performance environment.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols: FTPS, SFTP, AS2, PESIT.
- Understanding of file transfer security: PGP, TLS, certificates.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Excel and Jira.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage technical projects and timelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Good understanding of testing and compliance requirements.
- Capable of producing meaningful KPIs and reports.
- Proactive attitude and team spirit.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Nice to have: Experience with Axway CFT and SecureTransport.
