Key Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into low-complexity analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Perform data research to support decision-making.
- Develop and deliver both standard and custom reports.
- Assist in budgeting forecasts and operational updates.
- Participate in system support design, programming, and testing.
- Contribute to problem-solving of production or issuance issues.
- Help in drafting and maintaining internal procedures and controls.
- Conduct business and secondary research projects.
- Support technology teams with research and data requirements.
- Engage in report preparation and presentation design.
- Maintain data accuracy and efficiency in all outputs.
- Collaborate on analytics and automation tasks.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and policies.
- Provide timely updates to project documentation.
- Work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- 6+ months of experience in analytics (or equivalent academic/project work)
- Familiarity with Python and SQL
- Basic knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of machine learning basics like NLP, OCR, forecasting, and classification models
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts
- Good communication and business consulting skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
