Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Service Ticket Management: Create, validate, and track service tickets within Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management systems.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and book client appointments as required.
- Process Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- Service Level Monitoring: Track SLAs and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
