Job Overview
Wells Fargo is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to work on automation testing for payment-related applications. The selected candidate will design and develop automation frameworks, create regression and functional test suites, and help resolve complex technical issues. Key Responsibilities
- Lead software engineering initiatives related to automation testing and payment technology.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for payment applications.
- Create and execute automated test suites for regression and functional testing.
- Write, test, debug, and document software solutions.
- Review technical challenges and identify effective solutions.
- Investigate and resolve complex software and automation issues.
- Contribute to technical planning and project delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Guide junior team members and provide technical support.

Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience is required.
- Candidates with 4–6+ years of test automation experience are preferred.
- Strong experience with BDD and Selenium-based automation is expected.
- Applicants should understand Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Candidates should have knowledge of payment systems and ISO 20022 payment messaging.
- Experience with Linux, Unix, or AIX platforms is beneficial.
- Applicants must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office as required.
