Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyse invoices and identify errors or incorrect charges.
  2. Resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers through phone calls or emails.
  3. Conduct invoice audits using Excel or internal tools.
  4. Identify charge errors and report them for correction.
  5. Update invoice-related reports and share them with customers.
  6. Maintain special databases containing contract and billing information.
  7. Prepare Excel-based calculations using negotiated customer contracts.
  8. Support contract administration activities.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  10. Maintain accurate invoice and contract records.
  11. Complete assigned routine tasks with a focus on quality and productivity.
  12. Handle additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. A university or college degree is preferred.
  2. Candidates with a background in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics are preferred.
  3. Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply.
  4. Fluency in English is mandatory.
  5. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  6. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is required.
  7. Knowledge of MS Access is an advantage.
