Job Overview
IBM is hiring an Associate System Engineer for its Hyderabad team. The role is focused on Cognitive Process Automation and involves converting business process definitions into optimized cognitive solutions. The selected candidate will work with clients, Automation Project Managers, and RPA Architects to support end-to-end solution delivery. The position provides exposure to Watson APIs, Watsonx products, Cognitive Assistance tools, IDCP, and the IBM Consulting Advantage Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert process definitions into optimized cognitive solutions.
- Use Watson APIs and Watsonx products to support solution development.
- Work with Watsonx Orchestrate and Watsonx Assistant to develop cognitive solutions.
- Use Cognitive Assistance accelerators such as Agent Assist and User Assist.
- Collaborate with clients throughout solution development and delivery.
- Work closely with Automation Project Managers and RPA Architects.
- Use IDCP and the IBM Consulting Advantage Platform to support solution development.
- Leverage Methodx, assets, and assistants available through IBM Consulting platforms.
- Design and implement Cognitive Process Automation solutions.
- Support end-to-end solution delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain solution quality.
- Help deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Apply knowledge of cognitive automation tools to optimize business processes.
- Support continuous improvement of cognitive solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
- The role is suitable for entry-level candidates.
- Experience required is 0–1 years.
- Candidates should have exposure to Cognitive Process Automation.
- Candidates should have familiarity with Watson APIs and Watsonx products.
