A growing AI-driven organization is hiring a Junior AI Engineer to work on cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role is suited for professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are eager to build real-world AI applications using modern LLM and cloud technologies.

You will contribute to developing production-grade GenAI systems including answering engines, summarization tools, and entity extraction platforms.

Estimated Salary: ₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA (based on experience and GenAI exposure)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to building GenAI applications such as answering engines, entity extraction tools, and summarization systems.
  2. Develop and debug REST APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
  3. Support RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines including data ingestion and embedding generation.
  4. Work with vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS for efficient retrieval.
  5. Experiment with prompt engineering using LLMs like OpenAI or Mistral under senior guidance.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI modules into products.
  7. Assist in cloud deployment of models and APIs using AWS or Azure.
  8. Explore emerging frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

Required Skills

  1. Strong proficiency in Python with ability to write, test, and debug code.
  2. Experience in API development using FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent frameworks.
  3. Basic understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG use cases.
  4. Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
  5. Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills

  1. Experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
  2. Exposure to embeddings and vector databases.
  3. Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  4. Interest in AI agents and autonomous AI systems.
