Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support via Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported technical issues.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal infrastructure teams.
- Troubleshoot MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications.
- Perform bug identification and resolution.
- Maintain strong customer communication and service standards.
- Work independently within a global team environment.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Good communication skills with international calling experience.
- Strong comprehension and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer handling ability.
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems.
- Understanding of PC hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MS Office and standard enterprise applications.
- Ability to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Comfortable working from office (Noida location).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
