Key Responsibilities
- Use advanced analytics to develop insights that improve understanding of customers, products, and processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define analytics-driven business problems and opportunities.
- Deliver data and analytics solutions that provide commercial and customer value.
- Translate complex data into clear visualisations and actionable insights.
- Operate in an Agile environment within multi-disciplinary data and analytics teams.
- Coordinate with data engineers, data scientists, and business teams to meet project goals.
- Apply new tools, technologies, and methodologies for advanced analytics use cases.
- Ensure processes are designed to be efficient, simple, and automated where possible.
- Communicate analytics outcomes in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
- Share regular updates and insights with key stakeholders.
- Identify business risks and opportunities using data-driven approaches.
- Support decision-making through clear interpretation of analytics outputs.
- Align analytics work with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Maintain strong data governance and data management practices.
- Continuously improve analytics approaches and frameworks.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong passion for data, insights, and analytics.
- At least three years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles.
- Good understanding of data architecture and data management principles.
- Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques.
- Experience creating clear and impactful data visualisations.
- Ability to translate data insights for senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data engineering and data science concepts.
- Experience working with customer data is preferred.
- Understanding of financial services domain is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify business impact, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with modern analytics tools and technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
