Key Responsibilities (IT & Integrated Smart Operations)

  1. Perform database queries and write SQL queries to retrieve data.
  2. Execute CRUD operations and write stored procedures as per design documents.
  3. Prepare and execute manual and automated test cases.
  4. Analyze service tickets and resolve issues following SOPs.
  5. Use IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools effectively.
  6. Identify root causes of issues and implement fixes.
  7. Follow standard processes for service delivery and support.
  8. Demonstrate innovation and experimentation in assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities (Multicloud)

  1. Monitor and maintain production servers and computing environments.
  2. Handle incident management and follow defined runbooks.
  3. Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, and Cloud environments.
  4. Adhere to customer security, compliance, and communication standards.
  5. Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
  6. Participate in knowledge-sharing and mentoring activities.
  7. Work in rotational shifts including 24/7 environments.

Key Responsibilities (Digital Workplace Services)

  1. Provide first-line technical support to end users.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
  3. Log, track, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
  4. Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams.
  5. Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
  6. Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and services.

  5. Flexibility to work from any Cognizant location and in shifts.
  6. Open to Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in India.
