Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, QA teams, and technology teams.
  2. Capture business requirements and translate them into BRD, functional, and technical documents.
  3. Validate developed applications to ensure business and technical requirements are fulfilled.
  4. Perform data analysis to identify required datasets for business scope.
  5. Develop epics, user stories, and storyboards with stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with development teams on new application development.
  7. Create functional and non-functional test plans and detailed test cases.
  8. Coordinate with multiple scrum teams working on a shared product backlog.
  9. Support agile ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.
  10. Drive transformation between legacy systems and modern platforms.
  11. Design efficient connectivity to reduce system overhead.
  12. Implement data rationalization to reduce redundancy across sources.
  13. Ensure compliance with AML and financial risk regulations.
  14. Support UAT activities and business sign-offs.
  15. Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Strong experience in Anti Money Laundering domain.
  2. Knowledge of Financial Risk Management processes.
  3. Expertise in business requirement gathering and documentation.
  4. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  5. Experience with agile methodologies and scrum teams.
  6. Ability to write functional and non-functional specifications.
  7. Experience creating test plans and test cases.
  8. Understanding of legacy system integration and modernization.
  9. Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
  10. Experience working with multiple teams and dependencies.
  11. Knowledge of product backlog management.
  12. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  13. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  14. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  15. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
